Literally anywhere. Or anytime.

BCLC wanted to do something a little bit different for this retargeting campaign. They wanted to show people they can play the lottery no matter the time, or the place. We achieved this by creating a campaign featuring the unlikeliest of scenarios where one could STILL play. 
This campaign lived on Facebook as Like Ads, as well as IAB banners (This was a bitch a to get under 100kb, as HTML5 just became the new standard at this point in time).
